Meeting - Calendar - Room Request (or Change)

Members and approved outside nonprofits may use this request form to have items added to the church calendar, reserve rooms and request other equipment. Please call the church office if you do not receive a response within 3 business days.
- Church functions take priority over other requests.
- Facility usage may incur a rental fee. If this is the case, it will be discussed as part of the follow up.
- Outdoor events should request a backup weather location during the initial booking.
- Do not assume you can use the commercial kitchen. All food services and kitchen usage requires a second form at https://ctkcary.churchcenter.com/people/forms/597575

In 25 words or less tell someone new why they should attend. Be inviting. Add some details. Don't repeat the name of the meeting since that will be in the title.

By giving us a headcount we can verify that the space requested will accommodate your event and the requested room layout.

Please explain multiple room requests in the comment field. If you are unfamiliar with our facility choose Other. We will select a room based on headcount and other needs.

What else do we need to know?
- Add multiple room requests (i.e. Chapel and West Fellowship).
- Include an alternate location for outdoor events so we can accommodate a weather change.
- Explain a non-standard room layout or additional technology needs
- NONE is a perfectly valid answer!
